Shipping Policy
Shipping Method: We use the UK Royal Mail tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days inside the UK, and 5-10 working days outside the UK (This depends on the destiantion)

Shipping Cost:
INSIDE THE UK: All shippings are FREE
INTERNATIONAL: Shippings are FREE when purchasing at list two items.
When purchasing one item only, it is £8 delivery fees.

Order Processing Time: Orders made before 3pm will be prepared and sent the same working day. Orders made after 3pm will be processed and sent the following working day. This excludes the weekends and bank holidays, which will be sent on the next working day.

Tracking and Notifications: A parcel tracking number will be provided to you via email by the next day.
​
International Shipping: Orders send outside the UK are excluded from the customs fee.
Return\ Refund Policy
Returns: The items returned must be in their original packaging with the tag attached and item not worn.

You are responsible for returning your item no later than 14 days from the delivery date, and you will be responsible for the return fees
Refund: We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us of your return via Email within 28 days from the date of delivery, providing the details of the item returned.
The refund will be approved after receiving and checking the returned item, and will take 5-7 working days to reflect on your account.
This policy applies for all payment methods.
We reserve the right to approve or decline your returns if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.
